The space is ideal for association meetings, workshops, small seminars and training days. The historic setting and peaceful location near Kuusamo town centre create a focused and inspiring atmosphere.

Flexible meeting space for different needs

The furniture can be arranged according to your needs. The room is suitable for classroom-style layouts, U-shape setups or more informal discussion groups. After use, the space should be returned to its original setup.

Prices for the classroom meeting room

Associations: 50 € / 2 hours (incl. VAT 25.5%)

(Self-service meeting – the group arranges and cleans the space before and after use)

Companies: 50 € / hour + VAT 25.5%

The room rental includes:

• Wireless WiFi connection

If needed, coffee and catering can be ordered through our local partner Pikkusen Oy, asiakaspalvelu@pikkusen.fi. We are also happy to combine your meeting with accommodation or a sauna session at Hostel Aurora.
