Yleiset varaus- ja peruutusehdot sekä järjestyssäännöt Hostel Aurorassa.

1. VARAUS JA VAHVISTUS

Varauksen voi tehdä vain verkkosivuilla. Varauksen yhteydessä sinun on ilmoitettava nimesi, asuinosoitteesi, sähköpostisi ja matkapuhelinnumerosi. Varauksen maksamisen jälkeen varaus vahvistetaan ja sinulle lähetetään huonenumerosi ja ovikoodi tekstiviestillä.
 

2. HOTELLIIN SAAPUMINEN JA LÄHTEMINEN

Huone on käytettävissäsi tulopäivänä klo 15.30 ja se on luovutettava lähtöpäivänä klo 11.00 mennessä.

Turvallisuussyistä vain henkilökunta ja hotelliin sisäänkirjautuneet henkilöt päästetään hotellihuoneisiin ja muihin varattuihin tiloihin, huone- ja tilakohtainen maksimi henkilömäärä ei saa ylittyä.

Hotelliin voi saapua koska vaan varauksen alkamisen jälkeen.

3. PERUUTUS JA SAAPUMATTA JÄTTÄMINEN

Yksittäisen huoneen varauksen voi perua maksutta edellispäivään klo 12 mennessä lähettämällä meille asiasta sähköpostiviesti tai soittamalla. Sen jälkeen tehdyistä peruutuksista maksua ei palauteta. Hakukonevarauksissa (esim Booking.com) noudatamme niiden peruutusehtoja.

Useamman huoneen varaukset voi perua maksutta 1 viikko ennen varauksen alkua lähettämällä meille asiasta sähköpostiviesti tai soittamalla. Sen jälkeen tehdyistä peruutuksista maksua ei palauteta.

4. MAKSUT

Majoitus tulee maksaa etukäteen varauksen yhteydessä. Lisäpalvelut voi maksaa MobilePaylla paikan päällä tai hostellin verkkosivuilla. Hostelli ei vastaanota käteistä.

5. ASIAKKAAN LIIKKUMINEN MAJOITUSLIIKKEESSÄ

Hostellissa noudatamme hyviä tapoja ja järjestyssääntöjä. Jos rikot näitä sääntöjä, voidaan sinut välittömästi poistaa hotellista. Sinun on kuitenkin maksettava majoituksesi ja tilaamiesi lisäpalveluiden hinta etkä voi vaatia jo suoritetun maksun palauttamista.

Turvallisuussyistä vain hotelliin sisäänkirjautuneet henkilöt päästetään hotellihuoneisiin ja muihin varattuihin tiloihin. Huone- ja tilakohtainen maksimi henkilömäärä ei saa ylittyä.

Hiljaisuus hostellissa on 22:00 – 7:00 välisenä aikana.

6. VASTUU ASIAKKAAN OMAISUUDESTA

Vastaat itse omista matkatavaroistasi, ellei hostelli ole ottanut niitä säilytettäväksi. Hostelli ei vastaa huoneessa olevasta omaisuudesta. Hostelli ei vastaa hotellin pysäköintialueella olevan kulkuvälineen tai sen sisällä olevan omaisuuden vahingoittumisesta tai katoamisesta.

7. ASIAKKAAN VASTUU VAHINGOSTA

Asiakkaana vastaat tahallaan tai huolimattomuudellasi aiheuttamistasi vahingoista (kuten tupakoinnista huoneessa) Vastuu vahingosta määräytyy yleisten vahingonkorvausta koskevien periaatteiden mukaan.

Asiakkaan aiheuttaessa tarpeettoman palohälytyksen esimerkiksi tupakoimalla, vastaa hän hälytyksen aiheuttamista kustannuksista, jotka ovat 500€.

8. ALAIKÄISEN MAJOITTUMINEN

Huonevarauksen voi tehdä vain yli 18-vuotias henkilö. Alaikäiselle huoneen varaava on vastuussa alaikäisestä henkilöstä riippumatta siitä, majoittuuko hänen kanssaan vai ei. Yksin majoittuvalla alaikäisellä oltava huoltajan allekirjoittama, vapaamuotoinen lupalappu, jossa tulee ilmi alaikäisen nimi ja syntymäaika sekä majoittumisajankohta. Myös huoltajan nimi ja puhelinnumero vaaditaan.

9. LEMMIKKIELÄIMET

Hostelliimme voi tuoda lemmikin vain sovitusti maksua vastaan.

General booking conditions

General booking and cancellation conditions and rules of procedure at Hostel Aurora.

1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

A reservation can only be made on the website. When booking, you must provide your name, residential address, email and mobile phone number. After payment for the reservation, the reservation will be confirmed and you will be sent your room number and door code by text message.

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE FROM THE HOTEL

The room is available for you at 3:30 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

For safety reasons, only staff and people who have checked in to the hotel are allowed into the hotel rooms and other reserved areas, the maximum number of people per room and area may not be exceeded.

You can arrive at the hotel at any time after the start of the reservation.

3. CANCELLATION AND NO-ARRIVALS

A single room reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 noon the day before by sending us an email or calling us. Cancellations made after that will not be refunded. For search engine bookings (e.g. Booking.com), we follow their cancellation policies.

Multiple room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 week before the start of the reservation by sending us an email or calling us. Cancellations made after that will not be refunded.

4. PAYMENTS

Accommodation must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Additional services can be paid for with MobilePay on site or on the hostel website. The hostel does not accept cash.

5. CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR IN THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY

At the hostel, we follow good manners and rules of conduct. If you violate these rules, you may be immediately removed from the hotel. However, you must pay the price of your accommodation and any additional services you have ordered and cannot demand a refund of the payment already made.

For security reasons, only persons who have checked in to the hotel are allowed into the hotel rooms and other reserved areas. The maximum number of persons per room and area may not be exceeded.

Quiet hours in the hostel are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMER PROPERTY

You are responsible for your own luggage, unless the hostel has taken it for safekeeping. The hostel is not responsible for property in the room. The hostel is not responsible for damage to or loss of vehicles in the hotel parking area or property inside it.

7. CUSTOMER LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE

As a customer, you are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence (such as smoking in the room). Liability for damage is determined according to general principles of compensation for damages.

If a customer causes an unnecessary fire alarm, for example by smoking, they are responsible for the costs caused by the alarm, which are 500€.

8. ACCOMMODATION OF A MINOR

A room reservation can only be made by a person over 18 years of age. The person booking a room for a minor is responsible for the minor, regardless of whether they are staying with them or not. A minor staying alone must have a free-form permission slip signed by a guardian, stating the minor's name and date of birth, as well as the time of stay. The guardian's name and telephone number are also required.

9. PETS

A pet can only be brought to our hostel by agreement for a fee.
